The first ever shipbuilding contract of Boreal SJO AS in Turkey, a leading ferry operator in Norway, has been signed with Sedef Shipyard
Sedef Shipyard has signed newbuilding contracts for three Electric Ro-Pax ferries with Boreal SJO AS, a leading ferry operator in Norway, at Nor-Shipping 2019.
One of the vessel will have the capacity to carry 60 vehicles and 250 passengers, while the other two will have the capacity to carry 120 vehicles and 399 passengers. They are all environmentally friendly and advanced technology projects with a total installed capacity of 2016 kWh and zero emissions.
